About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to fulfill the role of Personal Manager and Administrative Assistant for our esteemed entrepreneur, CEO, Bharatanatyam dancer, and social media influencer. This role is pivotal in supporting and enhancing the productivity and efficiency of our multifaceted leader across various professional endeavors.


Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the CEO's schedule, including appointments, meetings, rehearsals, and social engagements, ensuring optimal use of time and prioritizing key commitments.

Travel Coordination: Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, while considering preferences and optimizing itineraries for maximum efficiency. Willingness to travel within the US and internationally as needed.

Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including email correspondence, phone calls, and social media interactions, maintaining professionalism and responsiveness at all times.

Task Coordination: Coordinate tasks and projects across various domains, including business operations, dance performances, social media campaigns, and personal matters, ensuring timely execution and follow-up.

Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including but not limited to document preparation, data entry, expense tracking, and file organization, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

Event Management: Assist in planning and executing events, such as dance recitals, product launches, press conferences, and promotional activities, managing logistics, guest lists, and vendor coordination.

Social Media Management: Collaborate with the social media team to curate content, schedule posts, engage with followers, and maintain the CEO's online presence across various platforms, reflecting their brand identity and values. Proficiency in content creation, including videography, editing, and reel production.

Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including clients, collaborators, vendors, and industry professionals, representing the CEO with professionalism and integrity.

Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality regarding personal and business matters.

Availability to work flexible or non-traditional hours.

  • Adaptability and flexibility: You should be able to adjust to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations efficiently.

  • Attention to detail: Accuracy in tasks like scheduling, record-keeping, and correspondence is crucial to ensure smooth operations.

  • Problem-solving skills: You should be resourceful and able to find solutions to challenges that arise in our day-to-day responsibilities.

  • Prior experience in administrative or assistant roles may be preferred, along with in-depth knowledge in the world of fashion, entrepreneurship, Indian and western dance forms, and business industry practices and procedures.
