To officially withdraw from the training program, dancers must submit a written notification to kassiyet.arts@gmail.com. Notifying the instructor alone is not considered valid. Enrollment in intermediate and advanced-level training requires a full-year commitment.

Upon receiving a withdrawal request, tuition responsibility will be calculated based on the schedule outlined below, using the annual tuition price. This calculation will also include a $50 administrative fee and any non-refundable charges such as the $65 Registration Fee. Discounts will not be honored for withdrawals.

If a refund is applicable, it will be issued using the same method as the original payment. Please allow 3–6 weeks for processing.
