Kassiyet worked with Canadian actor Amrit Kaur on Bharatanatyam movement and dance preparation for The Queen of My Dreams, the 2023 film written and directed by Fawzia Mirza.

Training sessions took place in Los Angeles and focused on movement vocabulary, physicality, musicality and performance quality for the film’s Bharatanatyam sequence. Drawing on her long-standing practice and teaching experience, Kassiyet guided Kaur in approaching the movement with both technical clarity and an understanding of the form’s expressive language.
